Tropical Summer Blondie

Say hello to a little slice of sunshine. Our soft, buttery blondie gets a tropical twist with vibrant swirls of mango, pineapple and  passionfruit jam baked right through the batter, giving every bite a burst of fruity sweetness and tang.

Once baked, we top it with a silky layer of white chocolate ganache and finish it with playful swirls of mango and passionfruit for an extra pop of bright, tropical flavour.

It’s sweet, zesty, creamy, and seriously fun — like a holiday in blondie form.
