We take our rich, fudgy brownie batter and sink chunky Rolos right into the mix before baking — because caramel surprises are the best kind of surprises.

Then, while it’s still warm and smelling dangerously good, we pile even more Rolos on top and let them melt slightly into the chocolatey goodness. The result? Oozy caramel pockets, melty chocolate tops, and a brownie that absolutely refuses to be shared.
